YC-015 020 025 CNC Curve Cutting Machine - CNC Band Saw

Wood Clamping Mechanism
  • The wood clamping mechanism is driven by an air cylinder combined with the use of linear guide way. This results in quick and smooth clamping motions.
  • Maximum clamping thickness is 150 mm.
Automatic Feeding Mechanism
  • The entire feeding mechanism is manufactured from aluminum alloy, featuring light weight, maximum durability and beautiful outlook.
  • Panel feed is driven by a servo motor and transmitted through rack, that permits fast feeding motions and high positioning accuracy.
  • Slideways are mounted with high precision linear guide ways for stable and smooth feeding motions.
Pneumatically Operated Grippers
  • The automatic feeding mechanism is equipped with two grippers, that grip the panels and feed it to the cutting position.
  • The grippers are operated by air cylinder with extremely secure gripping effect.
  • Maximum gripping thickness is 150 mm.

Yow Cherng CNC Band Saw is equipped with an well planned CNC controller, providing fully automatic operation control.

  • 15" fully colorful LED monitor and controller.
  • AXIS CARD: 4 servo axes +1set of analog voltange output +1MPG handwheel axis.
  • 4 axes control.
  • Available to connect with various interfacing ports, such as RS-232, RS-422, RS-485 and Ethernet.
  • 32 bit CPU.
  • Built-in open type PLC and Macro.

Finished Product Outfeed Plate

  • The outfeed plate, actuated by air cylinder, automatically tilts downward to outfeed the finished products after cutting.
Side Stop Plate
  • The side stop plate upgrades accuracy when wood panel is positioning.
  • The elevation of side stop plate is driven by an air cylinder in combination with the use of linear guide way. It ensures smooth and accurate elevation of the side stop plate.
